Service Design and working in a co-creative way are very good ways to develop the company´s internal service and communication. Employees are a company´s internal customers, they should be taken care and made to feel happy and have the feeling of being meaningful persons to the company.
The best benefit when using Service Design method and tools to develop business practices is the true understanding of customers – also the internal customers. Very often practices and processes have been developed only by guessing and assuming what customers and employees expect and experience instead of truly trying to understand (asking, observing, doing and developing things together).
